DISTANCE REIKI
A Space to Slow Down, Rest, & Receive
Reiki offers a gentle, nonverbal form of support that invites rest and restoration. At Home, Reiki is offered through distance sessions, allowing you to receive this work from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Reiki works on an energetic level, supporting the natural capacity of your body and inner system to rebalance. Many people come to Reiki when they feel depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected, or when they sense a need for healing that doesn’t require words.
During a session, there is nothing you need to do or figure out. You’re invited to rest, soften, and receive. Reiki can help clear stagnant or congested energy, support emotional and physical balance, and bring a renewed sense of aliveness and ease.
People often experience Reiki as calming and grounding, sometimes deeply still. Others notice subtle shifts over time—feeling more present, more connected to their body, or more supported in making choices that align with their well-being.
Reiki at Home is offered from the same intention as psychotherapy: to support presence, reconnection, and a felt sense of being held. It can stand on its own or be woven into a broader healing process.
What Reiki Can Support
Reiki offers a quieter, restorative form of support that helps your system settle and reconnect.
Reiki can be especially supportive if you’re:
Feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or in need of deep rest
Wanting a quieter, nonverbal way to process and release
Seeking to reconnect with your body and feel more grounded
Moving through emotional or energetic heaviness
Looking to restore balance and feel more present and at ease
What a Reiki Session Can Be Like
Reiki sessions are offered at a distance, allowing you to receive from wherever you feel most comfortable. At the start of the session, we may briefly connect to set an intention or check in on what you’re needing.
During the session, you’re invited to rest in a way that feels natural — laying down or sitting comfortably. There’s nothing you need to do or figure out. The work is quiet and nonverbal, offering space for your system to settle and receive. People often describe feeling a tingling sensation throughout their body, a slowing of their thoughts, and a deeper connection to the you that exists beneath the noise.
Afterward, you may notice a sense of calm, warmth, or subtle shifts in your body or energy. Some experiences are immediate, while others unfold more gradually over time.
Receiving Reiki
If you’re drawn to Reiki, trust that pull.
Distance Reiki sessions offer a quiet, restorative space to rest and receive support from wherever you feel most comfortable. If this feels like what you need right now, you’re welcome to schedule a session or reach out with any questions.
There’s no right way to prepare — just an openness to slowing down and receiving.
